Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) officials led by designated officer Dr Jagadish Nucchin today conducted raid on Chougla Milk Dairy and seized Urea, sugar, Oil cans and Milk powder used for adulterating the Milk.
A case has been booked against the owner at Hale Diggewadi village in Raibag Taluk of Belgaum district.
Dr Nucchin said a complaint has been booked against Ramchandra Mahadev Chougla with the adjudicating officer and additional Deputy Commissioner of Belgaum.
During the raid, Urea bags, sugar, oil cans and 10 bags of milk power (each 20kg) used for adulteration were seized.
